A huge congratulations to new parents Hanadi and Eriko, and most recently our Ambassador Matt and fiancé Brielle, on the safe arrival of their baby boys this year!
With the assistance of DEBRA Australia’s EB Services and a Follow Your Dreams grant, the parents accessed genetic screening of their embryos to support a future free from EB.
Enrico’s big brother Ethan, who lives with EB Simplex, has embraced his new role and is thrilled to have a younger brother! Mum Hanadi shares “We want to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible support we have received throughout our journey, from Ethan to our IVF experience.”
Equally, Matt shared his excitement at becoming a parent: “Brielle was born to be a mum, and Beau is crushing it. This is the most amazing feeling. We are so grateful for the support DEBRA Australia provided. Follow your dreams indeed!”
