Following the tremendous success of the last two years, the Bubbles and Butterflies luncheon is back for 2026!
We’re excited to welcome 2025 Melbourne Cup and 2025 Caulfield Cup winning jockey Jamie Melham as our special guest speaker and Trackside presenter and trainer Jayne Ivil as MC.
Jamie Melham is the first jockey to ride 100 winners in a Melbourne Metropolitan racing season. In 2020 and 2021 she was the leading female jockey in the world. She is the second female jockey to win the Melbourne Cup (after Michelle Payne in 2015) and the first to win the Caulfield Cup.
Bubbles & Butterflies is a wonderful way to welcome the new season. Created by DEBRA Australia Ambassador Deanna Pope, the event captures the vibrant spirit of the Spring Racing Carnival at Caulfield Racecourse. Guests dress to impress in Melbourne’s finest race day fashion, with the lush green turf of the racetrack providing a stunning backdrop. Elegantly set tables welcomed attendees for an unforgettable afternoon – all in support of a vital cause.
