Join team DEBRA at the 2022 Upstream Challenge
What is the Upstream Challenge?
The Upstream Challenge is an annual fundraising walk (or run) from the CBD to Donvale, Melbourne, which sees participants complete a 20km or 50km course. The event has been running for 17 years, but this year is DEBRA Australia’s first year as a beneficiary and we are so honored and excited to be involved.
The 2022 event will be held on Saturday 2nd April. A number of checkpoints break up the 50km into approximately 10km sections. The Upstream Challenge concludes at Donvale Christian College for celebrations, food and activities.
How can I participate?
Register as part of team DEBRA, or as an individual for the 50km or the 20km option. Your $50 donation is your registration and kicks off your fundraising, participants are asked to commit to raising a minimum of $200. Individuals may complete the course at their own pace however teams must stick together throughout the event, so keep in mind fitness levels when you are registering.
